Ripples Design is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and the users of this website. We do our utmost to protect user information and client confidentiality.

Any information you provide will be held securely. Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third parties excepting on occasion certain suppliers and sub-contractors so that we can fulfil any contract we enter into with them so we can provide a service for you. In those cases, they will be required to manage your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (1998).

Ripples Design only collects information from:

  • Individuals who contact us directly via telephone, email, post or in person.

We collect and store electronically names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers to use only for the following:

  • To communicate directly with clients about projects we are completing for them.

  • To contact individuals about specific products or services that may be of interest to them.

We may continue to store client details in our project archive for the purpose of our own records and to enable us to revisit projects at the clients request. For example, a client may ask us to re-establish a website that they temporarily let lapse or previous clients might ask for information held on record for their own use. In these instances we can access the original files and communications to carry out such requests. Files or contact details will never be sold or passed on unless we have received written permission to do so.
